A reality check on finish times. Decided to look at last years Cranleigh results and pick some runners who finished in the same time and then check whether they ran later at London.
5 runners last year finished Cranleigh in times ranging from 3:25-3:33 then went on the complete in London in times ranging from 4:35-4:50
So I think thats a decent guide to what I can expect.
Soberingly that means the last 5 miles is done at ~14min/mile at best ---- Ouch!
