At the weekend did the final 10 miler.
This week has been another manic one at work so I glad I'm in the "taper down" zone - its a lot easier to fit in short runs at lunchtime - I've sorted a 5.5 mile circuit around the Isle of Dogs which follows the actual Marathon course and because there are showers at work this works out very nicely.
Body seems to be ticking along - no niggles at all -- very pleased with that. At this stage its all about keeping injury free and healthy.
Couple of people have asked about what music I run to and the next post I shall give out the contents of my mp3 player (well maybe blanking out all those embarrasing tracks!)
This weekend I will do the final lap of Richmond Park - its where I started all those days ago so it has a nice feel of symmetry about it finishing there.
